Welcome to the Middle Tennessee chapter of Contemplative Outreach. We offer programs and support for those who want to deepen their relationship with God through the practice of Centering Prayer.

Workshops and retreats are offered at St. Mary's Sewanee in Sewanee, TN on a regular basis. To schedule a Centering Prayer or Lectio Divina Workshop in your church/parish/group, contact Janis Lovecchio .
