5-Day Intensive and Post-Intensive Retreat
March 4-8, 2012, Sunday 4 pm until Thursday 10 am
This retreat is an opportunity for those who desire a more intense experience of Centering Prayer. It is offered with two tracks, the Intensive and Post-Intensive. The Intensive track is recommended for those who have completed the One Day Workshop or have a regular Centering Prayer Practice. It will provide optional instructional sessions for those just beginning a Centering Prayer practice. The Post-Intensive track is for those who have previously completed a 5-Day or longer Intensive Retreat. The Post-Intensive includes increased silence and additional periods of Centering Prayer. The 5-Day Centering Prayer Retreat offers an experience of silence, solitude, spiritual companionship, walking, hiking, and yoga that facilitates an ever deepening level of interior silence and attentiveness to the presence of God.

leads the parish Centering Prayer Group.
